Using a person centred approach to provide skill development, and social experiences to suit individual needs. Studio ARTES is dedicated to delivering ’Person Centred Planning’ which is flexible and compatible with each individual's goals, health, interests and

changing needs. Encouraging and celebrating the individuality and creativity of every participant

Supporting participants to engage with and experience the arts both recreationally and professionally. Building connections within the broader community to increase for people with disabilities to be involved in wider social, educational and vocational networks. Supporting participants from various cultural, linguistical and religious backgrounds with full consideration to age and gender.

On the 13th of June, our Inner West Studio had a market stall at Celebrate 2044, a community event by the Inner West council to gather residents of Sydenham together.

It was a lovely day at Sydenham Green Park! The market stall was a great success and the members enjoyed helping us out, making sales and setting up the stall as well as teaching members of the public how to weave using a loom.

Come along with us for Putt Putt with Social Club! A Few weeks ago, Social Club went out to Thornleigh to go to mini golf! It was so much fun and the members showed some hidden talent at golf. Watch this space! Studio ARTES is excited to announce the installation of a new accessible and inclusive kitchen, a project proudly supported by Community Bank Lindfield’s Great Big Community Grant Program. This renovation will ensure all members, can fully participate in our life‑skills programs.

An accessible kitchen means greater independence, more opportunities for choice‑making, and a stronger sense of empowerment within the studio community. The upgrade will increase inclusion, improve safety, and support future growth in participant numbers.

We are partnering with BOS Joinery, specialists in NDIS Accessible Kitchen Solutions, to design and build a space that reflects our commitment to independence, functionality, and inclusivity. This project represents an important step toward ensuring every member has access to equality, and the opportunity to thrive and create!

Tomorrow Studio ARTES will have a market stall at Celebrate 2044 with the Inner West Council.

With handmade weavings, scarves to help keep warm for the winter, artworks and other unique creations to purchase, drop by to say hello from 11am-4pm at Sydenham Green Park! We can't wait to see you there tomorrow!
