International Cricket Experience for Viha! 🏏
What an unforgettable opportunity for Moorebank Cricket Club player Viha, who had the privilege of enjoying an on-ground experience alongside the New Zealand Women’s T20 team during the Australia vs New Zealand T20 match at Sydney Oval.
From being close to the players to soaking up the excitement and atmosphere of international cricket, it was a truly special experience—and one Viha will remember for years to come.
We hope the day inspires Viha to keep dreaming big, working hard and enjoying every moment of her cricket journey. The future of women’s cricket is bright! 💙

From Moorebank Junior to World Champion! 🏆🏏
Moorebank Cricket Club is incredibly proud to celebrate former junior player Ankit Gulavani, who represented Australia and won the 2026 U14 Junior Indoor Cricket World Cup in South Africa!
Ankit was a huge contributor throughout the tournament and delivered an outstanding performance in the grand final against South Africa, taking 4 wickets for just 6 runs. His brilliant effort earned him Player of the Match in the World Cup final—an amazing achievement on the international stage.
Ankit, your hard work, skill and commitment have made your family, Australia and the entire Moorebank cricket community proud. Congratulations, World Champion!
To all our Moorebank juniors: dream big, train hard and believe in where cricket can take you. Ankit’s journey is proof that the path from junior club cricket can lead all the way to the world stage. 💙
