Gym will be closed tomorrow from 8:00am to 1:00pm, due to pest control spraying. No one is to enter the gym during these times.

Due to the Easter break any new memberships after today will not be activated until Tuesday.

Weight plates left on equipment, barbells lying on the floor, benches not put back. If this is you, please be more respectful to other members.
If you are having trouble lifting it to put it back ask one of the 65-75 age group to help you, they always manage to put everything away after use!!!😡😡

Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New year.

Reminder December 25 renewals are now overdue. Emails were sent out mid December so check if this was you.

All other unpaid renewals due in 2025 have now been cancelled. You will know this is you if your fob no longer works.
PS. Please do not share your fob with a non member. If they wish to join they can do so online. This has been happening a lot especially over the Christmas break.
