Home Support & Meals on Wheels Greater Hume Area Helping people over 65 who live in the Greater Hume Area. We also offer Emergency Planning support services.

Providing quality, nutritious meals as well as social support, transport, personal care and domestic assistance to older people to help them stay independent in their own homes. We can help you with maintaining your nutrition with a delivered meals service, cooking in your own home, transport services, attending appointments, supporting you to go shopping or visit friends, friendly visitors and ph

Even more shocking 20% who have experienced elder abuse don't seek help or advice.
