This is quickly becoming a monthly favourite!

These gatherings provide more than just a chance to catch up over coffee — they create a space where people can connect, share experiences, support one another, and feel part of something bigger. Building strong community connections can make such a difference!

Thank you to the ParaQuad Association of Tasmania Inc. for bringing people together each month. If you have the opportunity to attend a future Coffee & Connection, I encourage you to come along — you'll be warmly welcomed 🧡

What a lovely morning at Coffee and Connection yesterday! ☕

Rain and all, it was so great to see familiar faces and welcome some new ones to the table. These catch-ups are a highlight of our month and it's all thanks to the wonderful people who show up. If you missed this one, we'd love to see you next time!

Our next Coffee and Connection is on Thursday 2 July, 11am–12pm at Rivulet Cafe in South Hobart.

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

Join us for the 2026 Point to Pinnacle on Sunday, 15 November!

Registrations open: 1 August 2026

Whether you're looking to raise vital funds for Muscular Dystrophy Tasmania, take on a personal challenge, or enjoy a memorable day with friends and family, we'd love to have you involved.

A special thank you to Co-Op Toyota, our sponsorship partner for this event. Their ongoing support throughout the year helps make opportunities like this possible and enables us to continue supporting Tasmanians living with neuromuscular conditions 🧡

Choose your challenge:

Point to Pinnacle – 21.1 km
Take on Tasmania's iconic half marathon from Wrest Point to the Summit of Kunanyi / Mount Wellington.

Point to Pub – 10.5 km
A shorter option finishing at Fern Tree Tavern, perfect for those wanting to be part of the event without tackling the full climb.

Email our State Coordinator at [email protected] to be added to our mailing list, to stay updated with registration details, fundraising information and event news!

Who's ready to take on the mountain in 2026? Tag a friend who should join you 🧡

To say everything we'd like to say about this bloke and his value and committment to MDT would fill reams of paper. In episode 4 of the Go Orange for Muscular Dystrophy Podcast produced by Joel Yeomans and with thanks to Cor Comms we talk to a true legend.
