Handmade gifts with heart this Mother’s Day 🌼

It’s been another busy week at Made by Mosaic Support Services

Veronica, Margie and Kay have been at The Hub Creative Market Pop Up Shop, sharing their handmade products with the community. This weekend, Amy will also be at Oakdown’s Early Learning Centre Do it for Dolly Market.

Pop in to either stall for thoughtful Mother’s Day gifts, crafted by Tasmanians living with disability.

The makers are involved in every step, from choosing products and scents, to labelling, creating items, volunteering and helping run the shop. There is a role for everyone at Made by Mosaic.

Some friendships last a lifetime. Others become your housemate too.

Rachael and Margie have been friends since childhood and have now lived together for seven years. Over the years, they’ve supported each other in ways that only close friends can, from helping each other communicate, to noticing when the other needs a little extra encouragement.

With the right planning and supports in place, their home is more than just accessible: it’s a place where friendship, independence and everyday joy can flourish.

It is the season to be jolly and we have been sharing so much joy as we celebrate the festive season. ✨ This week we will be sharing our end of year celebrations!

This time of year, reminds us of the importance of connection and sharing time together celebrating with parties! It's fair to say this year's end of year party was even better than last year's.

We even got a surprise visit from Santa himself! We had an absolute ball and it is safe to say were pretty exhausted after it.

We’re grateful for our incredible community, the people we support, families, employees and supporters who make these celebrations come to life. 💛🎄

There’s less than six weeks left until Christmas! The crew at Made by Mosaic are well prepared to help stuff your stockings. They have been busy designing and creating this year’s Festive range.

They have planned, poured and packaged to bring you:

All with festive scents such as spiced maple, candy cane and gingerbread.

Today we’re celebrating all things scary from spiders to ghosts and everything in between. We have loved getting creative and getting to express our love for all things Halloween.

From dressing up, sharing treats, or simply enjoying the Halloween spirit we have had an absolute ball today. Such a great way to end the week!
