This No More Violence Week, we’re standing for a future where every woman feels safe, heard, respected and supported without fear or judgement.

At Be Hers Foundation, we recognise the importance of creating spaces where women feel empowered to seek support, rebuild their strength and know they are not alone.

Change begins when we speak up, challenge harmful behaviours and choose to stand alongside those affected by violence.

Let’s move beyond awareness and work together to create safer homes, stronger communities and a future free from violence 🤍

Poverty is more than a lack of money. It can mean limited access to opportunities, education, safe spaces, employment and the freedom to shape your own future.

This International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, we’re reminded that lasting change begins when we create opportunities for people to build a life of dignity, independence and possibility.

At Be Hers Foundation, we believe every woman deserves the chance to feel safe, discover her potential and create a future on her own terms. Through community, connection, practical support and pathways to opportunity, we can help turn barriers into possibilities.

Because breaking the cycle of poverty takes more than compassion. It takes action, access and a community willing to stand together.

She thought she was moving towards a better life...

A new place. A new opportunity. A chance to earn money, build independence and create a future she had only dreamed about.

She trusted the person who offered to help her get there. But when she arrived, the promises changed.

Her choices became smaller. Her freedom disappeared. The opportunity she thought she was walking towards became exploitation.

This story is fictional, but the reality behind it isn’t.

Women and girls around the world are promised jobs, education, relationships and better lives, only to find themselves trapped in situations they never agreed to.

It doesn’t always begin with force.

Sometimes, it begins with hope.

This is why we educate. This is why we advocate. This is why Be Hers exists.

This isn’t just a story. This is the reality for women in our community.
