We’re pleased to have Dr Kate Cashman join us at this year’s conference to share her expertise in leadership, communication and decision-making.

Kate brings experience spanning legal and policing academia, executive coaching and business ownership. She holds a PhD in law and forensic criminology, is a trained coach and TEDx speaker, and serves as Head Coach and Co-Curator at TEDxHobart.

Alongside her leadership development business, Human, Actually, Kate also owns Udara, a yoga and Pilates studio in Hobart. Her work across law, academia, policing, movement and business gives her a practical understanding of how people lead, communicate and make decisions under pressure.

Kate helps people build courage, stronger boundaries and greater self-trust when facing uncertainty, bringing a grounded and practical perspective to the challenges of leadership and wellbeing.

We’re excited to have Dr Polly McGee join us at this year’s conference to share her expertise in human behaviour, leadership and organisational performance.

Polly is a neuroleadership consultant, psychotherapist and author who works at the intersection of neuroscience, behaviour and leadership. With experience spanning government, innovation, academia and executive leadership, she brings a broad understanding of how people operate in complex environments.

Holding a PhD and a Masters in Psychotherapy, Polly specialises in making the neuroscience behind stress, connection and performance practical and easy to apply. Her approach helps leaders and teams better understand how they communicate, respond under pressure and perform when it matters most.

Polly will share practical insights to help attendees better understand themselves and others, and lead with greater awareness in the workplace.
