If you are community minded and like what we do then you are most welcome come along and join us. We are a vibrant young club involved in a diverse range of activities. Members currently range in age from early 20s to mid 40s. We are family-friendly
and welcome children at most meetings and events. What do we do in our community? We contribute to national and global projects, and also work for our
local community in many ways:
* Run the Tasmanian leg of ‘Storm the Stage’, a national drama & theatre competition for 16 to 19 year olds
* Host Family Fun Days and community events in partnership with other organisations
* Sponsor local youth to attend development and leadership programs & host exchange students
* Fundraise for local charities
* Participate in environmental work
* Host regular guest speakers on many different topics and visit places of interest around Hobart
* We also hold plenty of social events including BBQs, progressive dinners and beach getaways
