Join us for an interactive wellness workshop where you'll discover practical, science-backed strategies to enhance cognitive performance, manage stress, and build lasting resilience.

The session will be led by Dr. Rebecca Chabot, PhD, Director of Pure Wellness Tasmania, whose research focuses on the vital link between brain function and mental wellness. We’ll also hear from Sergeant Andrew McShane, who will share powerful insights from his 20 years in the Australian Army and 21 years with Tasmania Police on building mental strength through life’s challenges.
