World Partners is proud to announce our first Sri Lankan CAMA Certificant, Abdul Razak Muzammil BSc (Hons) - IAM, CAMA2, who not only passed his CAMA exam, but scored a massive 92%!
Abdul is an Asset Management and CAFM Systems Leader with a strong background in facilities and asset management across major international airports in the Middle East. A graduate of the University of Westminster, UK, he has built a career specialising in digital transformation, performance management, and the optimisation of large scale infrastructure environments. His work spans Jeddah, Riyadh, Dubai, and Qatar Foundation projects, where he has led mission critical operations in maintenance planning, SLA governance, and enterprise CAFM deployment.
His journey into asset management was shaped by the operational challenges he encountered early in his career — particularly the need for structured, data driven decision making in complex facilities environments. This motivated him to pursue deeper expertise in ISO 55000 aligned practices, IBM Maximo, and performance based asset strategies. Over time, he became known for strengthening infrastructure reliability, improving KPI outcomes, and leading cross functional teams in high pressure aviation settings.
Driven by a commitment to professional excellence and global standards, Muzammil pursued the CAMA Certification to benchmark his capabilities against internationally recognised asset management competencies. Achieving CAMA² — and becoming Sri Lanka’s first certificant — represents both a personal milestone and a contribution to elevating the country’s presence in the global asset management community.
For Muzammil, the certification is not just an achievement but a responsibility — to continue advancing best practices, supporting organisational maturity, and inspiring other professionals, especially those from rural communities like his own in Trincomalee, to pursue global credentials and leadership roles in the field.
