During the past 12 months, Friends of Tasmanian Wildlife have donated over $9000.00 worth of milk formula to Tasmanian Wildlife Carers.
Being Wildlife Carers ourselves, we appreciate the dedication, love and care given to each and every Joey during their rehabilitation journey. We can’t thank Carers enough for all that they do!
Our aim is to educate the public to “Slow Down” by selling our range of “Slow Down for Wildlife “ Corflute Signs, Bumper Stickers, Bin Stickers and other products. These sales provide the funds for purchasing the formula to assist Carers in need.

Meet Jay & Woody. Jay came to us after being found with his dead mother who had been hit by a car. Woody arrived a couple of weeks later after being found on a wood pile all alone.
They bonded quickly becoming inseparable.
These two have both been so gentle and easy to care for. It’s been a privilege and joy helping them to move towards their real life journey. We were lucky to have access to a great place for their release. This trail camera shows them on their first night out in the big world.
Go well boys! Our love and thoughts go with you ❤️

While visiting Tassie recently, Chris purchased our Masked Lapwing “Slow Down” sign from our stall at Salamanca Market.
Chris was very supportive of our “Slow Down” message and passionate about protecting his local Masked Lapwing population in Arrawarra Headland NSW.
Thanks Chris for this fantastic picture of the installed sign you purchased. It gives a powerful message with Mumma Lapwing and Chick in the foreground! Great Shot!!

Gorgious day at Salamanca , crowds building ! Took a rare break in the traffic to take this pic.
