🔔 Reminder for Clubs

Do your volunteers have a Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) card that expires in 2026?

With around 50,000 renewals due across Tasmania this year, processing times may be longer than usual. Leaving renewals until the last minute could result in registrations expiring, causing unnecessary disruptions for your organisation.

Encourage your volunteers to renew their RWVP up to 3 months before expiry.

Renewing early is simple:
• Check the expiry date on your RWVP card
• Ensure your identification documents are current
• Log into MyRWVP and complete the renewal process online

Many renewals can now be completed entirely online using the myServiceTas app, without needing to visit a Service Tasmania service centre.

Employers and volunteer organisations can also use the RWVP Employer Portal to monitor expiry dates and remind workers to renew on time.

Let's work together to keep our communities safe and avoid interruptions to valuable services.
