Cheers to a successful week of assising my colleague and dear friend Natalie, on a 5 day Wave workshop journey It has been an honour ❤️ Its been an inspiration journey for myself too., this week have been stirring things up, it has made a few things clear.

It brought an energy of presence alive in me, I like to bring into the upcoming event, my first event of the year Waves of Intention, which will be in 1 week!

As you may know togeher with Meredith Rose, I have been offering Cacao.Dance.Sound events up North of tassie.
Cerulean Rose Sound and Yoga has finally the opportunity to come down South for a one day - Waves of Intention. It is going to be a special intentions setting event.

Coming back to the energy I was talking about 🌀
Wheather you've already booked in or leaning towards it but haven't made a decision yet, I 'd like to bring in some awareness and preparation for this week to come.💨

This is good time tune into the frequentie we're creating and what we are building right now 💫

Taping into the energy that is already present in our daily lives, in the world,.the universe. 🌏

✨️Becoming aware of what we want to do with this year?
✨️What part of me I want to focus on?
✨️Is there something specific I want to experience this year?
✨️Do I want to learn something?
✨️Do I want to create something?
✨️What bring me alive and give clarity?

For me moving and dancing is essential and I want to empower my daily practise and offer spaces for you to find your movements 🥰

I'd like to invite you to find a moment this week to be still and observe..
What is coming is coming up when you think about this?
What is stirring? Good and the uncomfortable.

What is the fuel you will bring into our space... to move with, to digest. To open up to. To take in. To release. To burn.

Thank you 2025 ❤️‍🔥
Re-edited, because I want you to know the story behind this post.

Honestly, I feel like I’m still shedding 2025.
I’ve just completed a 28-day deep dive into the shadows of last year, allowing them to transform into light and gold. I have felt deeply, danced, cried and screamed, laughed and gotten very excited 😊

2025 felt heavy at times, and now I can also see the wins, the gems that grew out of the tough bits. They showed me the love that is worth protecting, and the boundaries I need in order to flourish.
In the end, it is about re-connecting with your heart and soul— that’s what brings real happiness and fulfilment.

I was asked to create a highlights-of-2025 video. At first that felt odd — I often don’t enjoy the “look at me” brag-style posts. But I’ve learned to see it differently. These people are not just lucky, have a smooth life and got it all together; they have worked hard for where they are at, for their dreams.

They deserve to celebrate their effort…. And so do I. While I was creating this video the memories filled me up with so much joy, it brought me to tears. This video shows my love, commitment and investment in my dreams 💥
