The walkley documentary awards are now open!

The Walkley Awards for Excellence in Journalism are presented annually in Australia to recognise and reward the best in the craft. Finalists are selected by eminent journalists and photographers and overall winners judged by the Walkley Judging Board.

Head on awards now open

The Head On Photo Awards represents a global selection of the best work from emerging and established photographers. Each year we have a prize pool of $70,000 across three categories; Landscape, Portrait, Environmental, and Student.

Now in its eighth edition, APA is a diverse and progressive celebration of Australian photography. Each year we call for original and thought-provoking photography which expands our understanding of the world.
