Congratulations to the three Ambulance Tasmania staff who have been recognised in the King's Birthday Honours!

Garry White (Director – Operations South), Margaret Chilcott (Volunteer Ambulance Officer) and Michelle Izard (Manager - Integrated Care) have each been awarded the Ambulance Service Medal (ASM) for their significant contribution to ambulance services in communities across Tasmania.

Their well-deserved recognition today at a national level is testament to their hard work and dedication over many years.

We thank you for your incredible service to the community and to ambulance services in Tasmania!

🎗️ Archie’s 100 Gala Ball is nearly Sold Out! 🎗️
Sarah, Mick & Johnno caught up with Aimee Tatnell and Emma Doherty this morning to chat about the upcoming Archie’s 100 Gala Ball at Wrest Point on 8th August!

This year’s event is especially meaningful as it marks Archie’s 14th heavenly birthday, a beautiful night of love, legacy and community!
There are only a couple of tables left, so don’t miss your chance to be part of something truly special.
The team is also on the lookout for auction prize donations, helping raise vital funds and awareness for blood and organ donation, while continuing the incredible impact Archie’s 100 has already made.

Today we delivered a little box of joy to the amazing team at North West Regional Hospital. 🎁

Thanks to our partnership with Archie’s 100 , boxes of LEGO are now ready to brighten the days of children receiving care in hospital on the North West Coast.

For kids in hospital, play can be powerful. Building with LEGO encourages creativity and imagination while helping children relax and take their mind off treatment and medical procedures. Most importantly, it gives them the chance to simply be kids.

This special delivery also honours the memory of Archie “Bear” Green, who loved LEGO. Through Archie’s 100, his family continues to create moments of happiness for children and families during what can be a very difficult time.

A huge thank you to the incredible nursing team who care for these young patients every day. We hope these LEGO kits bring plenty of smiles to the ward. ☺️🎩❤️
