CO.AS.IT. (SA) was honoured to partner with Volunterring SA &NT and Nonna's Cucina - Made with Love, Shared With Joy to launch the importance of volunteering in the Aged Care Sector to support CALD communities.

We were joined by Hamilton Calder CEO of SA & NT, Minister Nat Cook, Ernest Pianelli, Consul of Italy, Dario Fabretto, Marco Saltari, Melody Hill Hon Jing Lee MLC and Rosa Matto (MC).

The launch of this film highlights CO.AS.IT. (SA) volunteer award recipient Lou who has dedicated many years of volunteering at Nonna’Cucina. This initiative would not have been possible without the funding from the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and particularly from the Sector Support and Development funding. This collaboration also produced a number of resources available to Providers and Organisations supporting volunteers in the Aged Care Sector to strengthen a much needed diverse volunteer workforce.
