If you care for a family member or friend, don't miss this important opportunity to find out about support available through the Latrobe Community Health carers program. This Monday at the Heyfield Community Resource Centre, 10am - 4pm.

💙 Are you caring for a family member or friend?

Being a carer can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging. You don't have to do it alone.

Danielle from Latrobe Community Health Service will be at the Resource Centre for drop-in conversations so carers can learn about the support, services and resources available to help you in your caring role. Whether you're a new carer or have been caring for years, this is a great opportunity to ask questions, connect with others and discover what's available to support your wellbeing.
