It was the perfect sunny day in Hervey Bay for our Liven Beach Road residents earlier this week, who came together for lunch at the iconic Enzo's on the Beach.

With live music, plenty of sunshine and a great turnout from across the community, it was a lovely opportunity for residents as well as members of the Liven team to spend the afternoon together!

Things are moving quickly at Liven Coastline with 19 homes now under construction across the community.

The display home has reached lock-up stage, with the front door now installed, while slabs are down on Sites 11, 12, 13 and 14. The first stages can be seen from Welch Street and are taking shape, and work has also commenced on the secure front entry.

It won’t be long until we begin welcoming our first Liven residents to Elliott Heads!
