Peerhaps - Peer Homeless Advocacy - Prevention & Support PEERHAPS is an unincorporated non-profit charity organisation that’s founded, directed and run by peers. We assist with Tenancy & Tribunal Applications.

We write Letters of Support & Referral
We help resolve Tenancy Issues. Our organisations name is Peer Homeless Advocacy Prevention & Support (PEERHAPS). All our services are free of charge and provided by volunteers.

We are based in Hervey Bay, QLD but can provide assistance in most QLD area's through phone & online facilities

We provide support and advocacy in all tenanc

y situations to those:
Experiencing or coming out of Domestic/Family Violence or other excessive hardship situations. eg: loss of Job, serious medical issues
At risk of Homelessness e.g: issued notice to leave unfairly, bond/unpaid rent issues, repairs, TICA blacklisting etc
Tenancy issues preventing your ability to obtain housing or remain housed. Support & assistance with QCAT Tribunal applications & hearings
Assistance to complete tenancy applications (Real Estate, QLD Housing, QCAT etc)
Letters of Support
