Are you currently living with, or caring for someone living with dementia in the community?

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare - AIHW and University of Canberra are conducting surveys on peoples living experience of dementia.

The survey can be completed in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Italian, Greek and Arabic.
