We're proud to share an update on Dave Batterham's incredible journey as he continues to cycle and push a wheelbarrow across Queensland in memory of his beloved wife, Judy.

With every kilometre, Dave is raising awareness and vital funds for causes close to his heart, including men’s health through Blue September.

Every dollar raised helps fund awareness initiatives, research, support services and programs that make a real difference.

💙 Trevor’s story is a powerful reminder that regular check-ups save lives.
 
A father of six from Logan, Trevor only booked a prostate cancer test after his wife encouraged him to mention it during a GP visit. Neither of them expected the diagnosis that followed. Trevor was found to have advanced prostate cancer and underwent urgent surgery. He’s now determined to help other men seek medical advice early.
 
This September, Trevor will be taking part in the inaugural Blue Run 5km as part of the 2026 Transurban Bridge to Brisbane.
 
We’re proud to be the Gold Charity Partner of the event and are working to raise $29,000 for the almost 29,000 Australian men diagnosed with prostate cancer each year.
 
Every donation, share and step taken helps support men’s health, prostate cancer research and patient care.

Blue September is a movement that brings people together to champion men's health, fund vital research and patient care initiatives, support those impacted by health challenges, and inspire positive action.

September is also Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, raising awareness of one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers in men. Understanding risk factors, knowing family history, and having conversations about screening can help support early detection and better outcomes.

Throughout the month, we encourage Australians to start conversations, prioritise their wellbeing, check in on their mates, and support a cause that affects families, workplaces and communities.
