Extending the Line - A Mixed Media Exhibition

In this Exhibition Bittondi Artists join together to focus on the concept of extending the line. It all begins with a line: however individuals choose to translate that, which flows in a myriad of directions to form a unique work of art. They will be pushing the boundaries, contours, tracks into the widest possible interpretations and into the realms of imagination of their chosen theme, and often combining techniques and materials to achieve their desired outcome.

has an open studio on the first Sunday of every month. This may involve a presentation or just studio time and discussion. It’s always great to have a network of printmaking buddies to ask advice or to get you through the tricky bits.
This month. Kym was working on her Lino cut for our upcoming exhibition and there was discussion on different ways it could be printed including eco dying paper , printing onto black paper and hand colouring with watercolour etc.
Joanne was just having a bit of play with making a series of cards using nature printing.
