At Hope Church 2508, we aim to be the kind of church described in the Bible through relevant teaching and preaching, meaningful worship, sincere friendships, prayer, outreach, missions, compassion and care for others which will enable us to influence and encourage the entire community of 2508 and beyond, one life – one act of kindness at a time. ch 2508. Our Hope Centre in Helensburgh is open every day of the week, offering services that we have developed in response to local needs. Our services include:
Hope Community Pantry: a low-cost food service for local individuals and families who are struggling to make ends meet. Helensburgh Community Tutoring: a low-cost tutoring program for primary and high school students. Kids Hope: a school-mentoring program. CAP Money: a free budgeting and money-management course. Counselling: low-cost counselling services on request. Foster Carers Support: a support group for local foster-carers.

Revelation 9 is one of the most confronting chapters in the Bible.
In this sermon, we look at the fifth and sixth trumpets: the opening of the bottomless pit, the terrifying locust-like judgment, the release of the four bound angels, and the sobering truth that even after these judgments, mankind still refuses to repent.
But Revelation is not given to create fear in believers — it is given to wake us up, strengthen our faith, and point us again to Jesus Christ, the only safe place from the wrath to come.
