Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially when it comes to concentration and academic performance. The UTS Students’ Association recognises that you might have to leave home super early for 9am lectures, or might not be able to afford tasty, sustaining and nutritious foods, so we created Bluebird Brekkie Bar. Made by students for students, our sustainable pop-
up cafe is the place to meet your friends for free muesli, natural yoghurt, fresh sourdough with avocado and spreads, juice, fresh fruit and fair-trade tea and coffee – and all in a chilled-out community setting with blissful local tunes. If you haven’t already experienced Bluebird, here’s what students are saying about it: "You guys are amazing! The cafe looks great, there's a range of healthy food and friendly staff - this is the place to be!" and “This is the best thing to ever happen at UTS!"
