ETU members at Stowe Sydney Construction stopped work and rallied together outside a major Microsoft data centre project in Kemp’s Creek.

These workers are asking for an agreement that recognises the value of the work they do and provides fair workplace conditions.

Whether it's data centres, hospitals, transport projects or energy infrastructure - none of these projects get built without skilled electrical workers, and we’re in the middle of a growing worker shortage.

It’s time for Stowe to offer decent wages, decent conditions and give people a reason to stay in the industry.

🚨 PIA AT STOWE CONTINUES 🚨
ETU members at Stowe Sydney Construction have voted to take a further 48 hours of stoppages.
Stowe’s refusal to genuinely bargain and listen to the wishes of its workforce is escalating this dispute and bringing major projects across Sydney to a standstill, including critical data centre works.
The workforce has made its position clear, and Stowe’s games will not work. Stowe Workers deserve to be rewarded for the hard work they put in every day.
Stowe needs to learn that you can’t ignore your workforce and their claims and expect operations to continue as normal.

ETU members employed by Stowe Sydney Construction are taking 24-hour industrial action to secure a better offer from Stowe management.

Stowe has not listened to its workers, and ETU members are ramping up their industrial action with further 24-hour stoppages planned for the rest of the week.

The members are united and determined to fight for the higher wages and conditions they deserve.
