Such a contrast! Another moonscaped block in Balwyn compared to the work Boroondara Council is doing to improve our tree canopy. Council can only do so much. Tree removals on private land are a significant problem. You can see Council's prosecutions for illegal tree removals on their website. Link in the comments.
