You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Bilpin District Hall Incorporated.

Date: Saturday 1 March 2025
Time: 12.30pm
Venue: Bilpin District Hall
The agenda for the meeting will include:

Confirmation of the minutes of the previous AGM and Special Meeting.
Presentation of the annual report and financial statements.
Election of committee members.

Memberships are due by this Friday - however you are able to bring your forms in and $1 on the Saturday - forms are available at the post office or online on our FB page

Morning all we have a film crew using the parking area behind the hall from February 27th through till March 8th.
There will be up to 8 trucks to accomodate cast and crew daily, with filming happening locally.

The shelving is all done in the storeroom at the hall, looks amazing!
Huge thanks to Glen Pederson for such a great job and prompt service!

The shelving is being installed at the hall in the storeroom, so we have stacked stuff on the verandah. All will be sorted by later this week👍

There is a film crew filming at the hall this coming Sunday from 7am till late. They have hired the hall and surrounds so please keep clear and be respectful of their space.

Becoming a member is a great way to add your voice to important decisions made in our community.

You don’t have to come to every general meeting and you can always join and vote on things electronically.

We are proposing some changes to the associations constitution that you can vote on if you join by Tuesday 10 December.
