Our santa photo fundraiser is on today!
Santa arrives at 11am
$30 per session taken on your own camera/phone

How about a classic Hawkesbury rural Christmas photo this year?

- Spirit of Christmas: All proceeds support our local Bilpin public school of 30 children
- Bring your pets! Do a photo with your mates- or your sports team!
- Photos taken by a professional photographer on your phone.
- No bookings for the photos- but we suggest booking a table via the Hillbilly Cider website so you can enjoy a cider or pizza while you wait.

Are you able to volunteer in the canteen this term?If so, please contact us via messenger or call the school.

Unfortunately, as we haven’t had any luck with filling any days the canteen will remain closed until further notice.

We really need to try and sell more tickets!

If you can’t make it - you could purchase a ticket(s) and we can donate them to get bums on seats!

Our school can’t do these fundraisers without your support!

If you wish to purchase a ticket for donation please send ticket information through to messenger. Make sure you select Bilpin Public school so 100% of ticket sales comes back to us.

We are struggling for numbers to our upcoming trivia night and would love your support to help make this night a success!

Some of the amazing things we have been able to fund this year is student workbooks, student online program subscriptions, funding buses and travel expenses for upcoming excursions.

We are currently in the process of raising funds for seating to be installed at our new play equipment for the students to be able to have recess and lunch breaks there.

Our P&C receives 100% of ticket sales for Bilpin Public School and for the sale of any of our silent auction prizes.

Canteen is open tomorrow!

We are sold out of chicken chippies (we still have nuggets available).

$2 specials are still available to order.

To beat the cold there will be hot Milo available.

We have excess stock we need to clear so we are running a special on these items $2 each.

We do have limited numbers on some items so if we run out of your child’s order they will be able to pick from the other options.
