Bilpin Public School P&C

These cute future Bilpin schoolers are a great reminder of why we fundraise! Not only do the current students benefit from our efforts but so do the generations to come ❤️.

Thank you to all of the past Bilpin parents and community members who did their part to help the school, and a massive thank you to all the current parents and community who support our mountain kids 🙏🏼🍎

🎉 WHAT AN INCREDIBLE NIGHT! 🎉

Our Bilpin Public School P&C Fundraiser was a wonderful success, raising over $8,000 for our school! ❤️

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make the evening possible. There are so many wonderful people to thank:

🥃 Joe Hungerford and Old Shed Distillery – thank you for generously offering your venue to host our event and for your amazing support and donations throughout the evening.

🚌 Andrew and Eastern Coaches – thank you for providing our courtesy bus and helping our guests travel safely to and from the event.

❤️ Our P&C members, parents, staff and students – thank you for the countless hours spent planning, organising donations, setting up, preparing for the event and volunteering throughout the evening. An event like this simply couldn’t happen without so many people giving their time and helping wherever needed.

🧹 The Murphy and Howarth families – a huge thank you for returning the following day and helping with the clean-up!

🔨 Our fantastic auctioneers, Sam and Kristie Dalby from Laing+Simmons Hawkesbury – thank you for bringing so much energy and fun to our auctions and helping us raise an incredible amount for our school.

🧠 Susan Templeman MP – thank you for taking the time to join us and for getting involved and helping run our trivia!

🎁 And finally, a massive THANK YOU to all of the incredible businesses who generously donated prizes, vouchers, products and services for our raffles, games and auctions. Your generosity played such an important part in the success of our fundraiser, and we are so grateful for the support shown to our little school.

🍎 And, of course, it would have all been for nothing without everyone who purchased a ticket, placed a bid, bought raffle tickets, joined in the games and supported our fundraising efforts. It really does take a village. 💗

To raise more than $8,000 from one fantastic evening is an amazing result and brings us another step closer as we prepare to celebrate 100 years of Bilpin Public School in 2027. 🎉💯

From everyone at Bilpin Public School P&C – THANK YOU! ❤️
