Mornington Peninsula Motorcycle Club Dirt bike riders on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula have a safe area to ride - right in the shadows of BHP Steel’s Western Port steelworks.

Mornington Peninsula Motorcycle Club operate a non-competitive motorcycle dirt riders track for Peninsula residents & rate payers with the emphasis on providing families a safe environment for their children to ride motorcycles. The Hastings motorcycle track is maintained and operated by the Association under a lease with BlueScope and a Planning Permit from the Mornington Peninsula Shire. Members

hip is open to all Mornington Peninsula residents and property owners. The track is for non-competitive riding with the emphasis on providing families a safe environment for their children to ride motorcycles. We have three tracks:

* Senior track for advanced riders. Minimum capacity 110cc 4 stroke / 65cc 2 stroke
* Junior track for young or inexperienced riders (no age limit). Maximum capacity 150cc 4 stroke / 85cc two stroke limit.
* Beginners track for those starting out. Please note that there are one off day riders, all riders must be members of the Club.

We had a bit more rain than they said so we are closed today sorry about the late notice

Just heading down to do a track now to update we only got 5 mm and the track was pretty dry so should be good but will update around 845

Track open today
Riding from 10
The main track will be closed today at 245 for track work to get it sealed up so we can open tomorrow it can take a bit of rain due to the weather being so good this week but it mainly the ruts we worry about holding water
The junior track will still be open till 5

Just a update for tomorrow
We are going to close Sunday
We will be resurfacing the junior track it is a good time to do it
The junior track is in much need of maintenance and today was a touch to wet but it’s dried out today
We owe it to the kids that ride the junior track to give them a great track to ride as well
The main track will also be getting some maintenance
Sorry for the late notice
We are definitely open Monday king’s birthday weather is looking great hope to see you there
