It's that time of year again..

Our Annual General Meeting will be held at the Ag Society Committee Rooms located on Tom Latch Drive, Harvey, on MONDAY 31st AUGUST 2026 at 7:30pm.

Meeting will include:
- Election of Office Bearers
- Election of Committee
- Financial Report

All members are encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will follow the meeting.

2027 SHOW DATES ARE: Friday night 23rd April and Saturday 24th April.
