Harrington Rural Fire Brigade Volunteer Recruitment Drive
The Harrington Rural Fire Brigade is currently seeking volunteers and warmly invites community members to join the team. Our brigade is made up of locals—perhaps even your friends and neighbours—who play a vital role in keeping our area safe during bush fires and other emergencies.

Membership Requirements
To become a fire fighter of the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS), you will need to complete the Bush Fire Fighter course. While not overly demanding, the course does require dedication during the training phase. Upon joining, all volunteers receive comprehensive training as well as the necessary personal protective clothing and equipment tailored to their role within the brigade.
