A huge turnout today to honour Lachie McLaren. The walk brought the community together and also raises money for TeamSports4All and Fusion. It was an honour to be such a special part of this important day, that remembers a brave 16 year old who 5 years ago died stopping his girlfriend being hit by a car driven by a drug driver. Thank you Carey and Michelle for enabling local disadvantaged children to play the game that Lachie loved, and enabling Lachie’s legacy to continue this way. ❤️🏀❤️

Today we celebrate National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day. This year's theme, Living Our Truth, honours the stories, knowledge and identity that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children carry forward, passed down through Elders, family and community.

At TeamSports4All, we see every day what it means for a child to feel like they belong, to a team, a community, a story bigger than themselves, which is what National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day is all about.

We're proud to stand alongside SNAICC and communities across the country in celebrating the strength, pride and potential of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, as we believe that every child deserves the life-changing benefits of team sports.

Lachie's Walk is back on Sunday 9 August, and TeamSports4All is very proud to again be one of this year's beneficiaries.

Thanks to the Lachlan McLaren Foundation's support in 2025, we were able to help 31 local teenagers facing financial hardship play the sport they love. Being connected to a sporting club means friendships, confidence and a sense of belonging that lasts well beyond the season.

One family recently told us what that support meant to them “Thank you for all your support. You are what helped our son graduate and keep to a better crowd of friends. I will forever be grateful to Team Sports 4 All”

Every step of Lachie's Walk this year helps make that possible for more local kids.

Thank you to SouthernFM for hosting TeamSports4All Director Fiona Gathercole yesterday, in conversation with Sandringham Lions Club President Lee Murray.
It's an awesome segment where Fiona talks about the amazing journey from TS4A's origins in 2011 to today, where we now help over 1,200 children connect into their community through team sport.
We'd also like to thank the Sandringham Lions Club for running the BBQ last weekend during the SMJFL Socks round, which helped raise valuable funds for TS4A.
Support like this, given generously by community groups, is what allows us to reach more people with our cause and helps kids facing financial disadvantage to stay connected to the game and the friendships that come with it.
You can listen to the conversation here, with Fiona's segment starting at 21m20s: Link below and in our Bio (click on LinkTree)

This NAIDOC Week, we're celebrating the culture, resilience and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year's theme, 50 Years of Deadly, marks five decades of NAIDOC Week and honours the Elders, leaders and communities who have carried it forward.

At TeamSports4All, we're committed to providing inclusive and culturally safe support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and communities, because every child deserves the chance to belong, connect and thrive, on and off the field.

Sport is more than a game. It's where friendships form, confidence grows, and communities connect. We're proud to walk alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and communities, and to keep working towards a future where culture, connection and opportunity go hand in hand.

Happy NAIDOC Week to all the families and communities we're proud to support.

A huge thank you to Marc Stafford from Buxton Sandringham, whose commitment to donate $250 from every property he sells has so far raised an incredible $5,000 for TeamSports4All!

That generosity will help 10 local financially disadvantaged children access the life-changing benefits of team sport.

These children are referred to TeamSports4All having never played sport despite desperately wanting to. Thanks to the support of Marc and Buxton Sandringham, they have been able to join their local club, make new friends and become part of their community. They now get to experience the belonging, confidence, friendships and opportunities that come from being part of a team.

One of these children is enjoying basketball and loves being with friends and having something to look forward to. Stories like this are only possible because of the support of people like Marc.

Thank you Marc for helping ensure local children don’t miss out and have the opportunity to play sport through TeamSports4All for many years to come! 👏👏

Ten years ago, Ron was raising Adhi on his own following a difficult family breakdown. Like many families experiencing hardship, money was tight, but the greatest challenge was the growing sense of isolation they both felt.
Adhi had become increasingly withdrawn and struggled to connect with other children. Sport wasn't something they could afford and, at the time, it wasn't something they even considered possible.
It all changed after a visit from Fiona and Mike at TeamSports4All, and with support from generous donors, Adhi joined a local sporting club and began building friendships, confidence and a sense of belonging that would change the course of his life.
Today, a decade later, Adhi is in Year 12, working part-time and preparing for university next year.

On 16 June, every donation will be doubled to help other children like Adhi find their place in a team and their community.

Stay tuned for further details and check out the links in the bio for more!

Team Challenge kicks off today and runs all week! 🙌

Good luck to all the incredible teams taking part! We love seeing teams come together, get active, have some fun, and make a real difference for disadvantaged kids.

Principal Partner IPAR started their team challenge early and had an awesome time, and have helped support 21 kids already!

And if you haven’t signed up yet, it’s not too late to jump in.
Grab your friends or teammates, get involved and make a difference.

$20 per person. 15 minutes. This Week.
