After 36 wonderful years, it's time to celebrate the many children, families, staff and volunteers who have been part of Castlefield Childcare's story.

We warmly invite past and present families to join us as we reflect on the memories, friendships and community connections built over the years.

Face painting, children's activities and light refreshments will be provided.

We hope to see many familiar faces as we celebrate this special milestone and farewell a much-loved community program.

Bookings are essential via link: https://www.socialplanet.com.au/request/guest/activity?id=50118

Yesterday Rose, CEO of BayCISS and CISVic Board member, attended a special event at Parliament House with CISVic CEO Kate Wheller to mark National Volunteer Week and recognise the vital contribution of volunteers and carers across Victoria. They joined The Minister for Volunteering Luba Grigorovitch MP, who spoke about the “army of people” who show up every day across our state. To every individual who gives their time and care so willingly to support others - we thank you. ❤️

When the cost of living bites, it's so vital to have support from locals. Foodbank Victoria let us know we could purchase a larger order due to fuel costs and the increased demand for food. BUT our usual order already fills a car... Big Thanks to Tim Wilson – Federal Liberal Member for Goldstein for loaning us his van so we could restock our cupboards for the week.

The rising cost of fuel is hitting us all hard. 😓 But we are pleased to share the announcement of the Servo Saver feature on the Service Victoria App. It makes it easier to find the best fuel price nearest to you. If you need some help with this, please pop in to BayCISS and we'd be happy to help.
