We are having a great time this week continuing our Songs of Sovereignty: Kimberley choir project. The kids at Red Hill School are singing up a storm with our resident musician : Archer Shepherd. This beautiful song is written by Kija local, Judith Butters! Listen out for an interview tomorrow morning on ABC KImberley @ 6.45 am to hear more about the project!

KLRC was successful in securing grant funding from our core funder, ILA, to run a KImberley Choir Project, where we will work with the people of the East Kimberley, to share song, story and write and record songs in Language. Started in a magical way this morning at the Frail Aged and Red Hill school in Halls Creek. We are feeling excited and thankful.!
