💛 Grandparents Day (25th October) 💛

This Friday, 23rd October, we're celebrating the special people who make our little ones' worlds brighter! 🥰

Our little artists might like to create a special drawing for a grandparent 🌈 or perhaps it's a lovely reminder to plan some special time together ❤️

📍 Hadspen Uniting Church Community Centre
🗓️ Friday | 10:00–11:30am
👶 For children aged 0–5 and their families
💲 $3 per family (first visit free!)

Everyone is welcome — we can't wait to see you there! ☕️🧸💛

P.S. Grandparents are always welcome to come along to playgroup and enjoy some special time with their grandchild! ❤️🌈

💛 Thank you to everyone who came along to our special pop-up playgroup today! 🌈

Unfortunately, we haven’t had enough interest to make school holiday playgroup sessions viable at this time, so we won’t be running a session next week.

We’ll be back as usual on Friday 23rd October and can’t wait to see everyone then! 💛 We will also be sticking to our original time of 10-11:30am for the remainder of 2026, C**t fell asleep both times we started later, and honestly it's easier on both of us to get home by lunch time. We are always on the look out for more volunteers if anyone wants to help out, or make a later playgroup happen themselves ❤️

Thank you for your ongoing support of Hadspen Playgroup. We’re so grateful to be building such a lovely little community! 🌻

WOW! 🎊🌈 What an amazing turnout!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along today — it was so lovely seeing so many families, both new and returning ❤️

Dads, grandparents and carers are always welcome. We love creating an inclusive community for everyone! 🥰

We don’t usually run during school holidays, but a few families have asked about sessions. Would you be interested in a holiday playgroup? Let us know! 🌈

✨ $3 donation per family (cash only, but can pay in advance E.g. pay $20 and we'll keep track of when you pay again)
✨ Everyone is welcome, and you don’t have to live in Hadspen to join us!
✨ Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time, we’d love to see you! 🥰

We had a wonderful time at Hadspen Playgroup today! With both new and returning families, there were so many good chats and fun had, including some rock painting! 🎨😍

Hope to see you for the last playgroup of the term next week - still at the trial time of 10:30 - however we'll be there at 10 if that suits you better 🌈

We had our quietest week yet this week, and we’d really love to see some more families through the doors to ensure the long-term viability of our volunteer led playgroup at such an amazing venue ❤️🌈

Playgroup is such a lovely little space for families to connect, have a cuppa, let the kids play and make new friends. 🥰 We’d love to keep building our little community and make sure Playgroup can continue for our families for years to come.

☀️ With the warmer weather coming, we’re going to trial a 10:30am–12pm session next week, as requested by a few families.

But don’t worry — we’ll still be there from 10am if that suits you better!

So bring the kids, bring a friend, and come along for a relaxed morning. 💛
