Happy International Volunteers day to all the volunteers in our community 🙂

At Gympie Community Place we are working to create a space for our multicultural members of the community to come together on a regular basis here at our center. We are hoping to hold a monthly or bi-monthly morning tea that is your space to celebrate all that is you and your culture. What this look like is up to you!
Please join us on Tuesday the 10th December from 10am to 11.30am. This will be a meet the services day and we can then discuss what you would like to see happen in this space.

This week at our Wellbeing Group we will be looking at our life story as the first part of knowing ourselves better and identifying patterns and how they have shaped where we are today.
This is the first of a series of workshops that will run at the Wellbeing Group get togethers.

Did you know that it is illegal for children under 12 to ride e-scooters in Queensland? If your child is between 12 and 16 years old, they must always be supervised by an adult and wear a helmet when riding e-scooters .
