Community Connect is a new program at Gympie Community Place which assists individuals and families with complex support needs. Our Community Connect Worker Helen is a Social Worker with many years experience working in the Gympie Community. While we are not a crisis service we can help people to identify a plan to work through their worries. People can self-refer or can be referred via an agency where they are already linked.
