The Unlimited NSW State Title class was another one man show at Round 1. JJ Nahlous running away from the pack on saturday after sitting out race 1 due to wet weather. JJ was a class of his own until he was joined by Cru Halliday on the sunday taking 1 win away from JJ. Jack Favelle debuted a new ride for the upcoming national season onboard a Honda after years of being Yamaha mounted. Jack was still dialling in his set up and will be much more competitive by the time we go racing at Round 2. Rounding out the podium was local privateer Damien Adams aboard his Suzuki. It was great to see a mix of brands on the Unlimited podium at Round 1. We are hoping for some more great battles at Round 2 One Raceway on September 12th and 13th.

Honourable mentions to Cru Halliday ( Cru Halliday ) who only took part in Sundays racing at Round 1 and will be more than ready to battle at Round 2 on his Ducati.

The 600 NSW State Title class was a one man show at Round 1. Jake Farnsworth running away from the pack and showing everyone why he carries the #1 as the current Australian Supersport Champion. Jake enters Round 2 under a but of an injury cloud and the young gun of Oscar Lewis can smell blood in the water. Rounding out the podium was the fly in from Tasmania Jason Spencer showing that people come from far and wide to battle the best NSW has to offer. We are hoping for some more great battles at Round 2 One Raceway on September 12th and 13th.

Honourable mentions to Josh Soderland ( Joshua Soderland ) on his Next Gen Ducati V2 who took out the honours in the Next Gen class and 2nd place overall.

The 300cc NSW State Title will be decided September 12th & 13th at One Raceway

One of, if not the most entertaining class to watch at Round 1 was the 300 NSW State Title class. Marcus Hamod dominating with 5 wins from 5 starts, but behind him the battle is on for the podium positions. Nothing is decided yet and this class has shown previously, anything can happen.

This is huge!!!!!!

Amazing that Motorcycling Nsw are doing this for our riders.

Motorcycling NSW is pleased to announce the launch of a new initiative designed to strengthen the pathway from state-level road racing into national competition, with three NSW riders set to be supported for round 3 of the 2027 Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK), coming up at One Raceway between Dec 4-6 later this year.

As part of the initiative, MNSW will sponsor three riders to compete as ASBK wildcards, with one rider selected from each of the following categories:

Supersport 300
Supersport 600 / Next Gen
Superbike
