Creating pathways out of homelessness, together with our partners.

Through our partnerships with Big Sister Foundation , Alt. Hospitality Group and Accor Sydney Olympic Park , we’re supporting people experiencing homelessness to rebuild confidence, develop skills and take steps toward employment.

Every few months with our partners, we deliver employment-focused workshops including resume-building sessions, to real workplace experiences, these moments create opportunity and real change.

Recently, three women progressed to interviews, with one securing employment at Novotel. One participant has now been employed with Accor for over two years. For many, even reaching an interview is a powerful milestone.

When confidence grows, employment follows. This creates stability, independence and real pathways out of homelessness.

We're seeing real change happen in our local community, thanks to these partnerships.

From November 25 to December 10, we join the global 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.

This campaign is a powerful reminder that every woman and every girl deserves to live in safety, dignity, and respect.

Together with Hopefield and all our partners, we are taking action—raising awareness, supporting survivors, and standing united to break the cycle of domestic violence in our community.
