Great conversations, real insights, and a strong focus on the future of regional business đź‘Ź

Last week’s Next Gen Business Brainstorm brought together young professionals to share ideas, challenges, and practical strategies for growth.

We heard from Service NSW Business Bureau about the tailored support available to small businesses - from planning and permits to cybersecurity and grants - and how accessible these resources really are.

Jess Barber (360 Health Clinic) also shared an honest and valuable perspective on building a successful client-facing business in regional NSW. From creating the right environment for growth to navigating the realities of managing people and retaining staff - it was a conversation many in the room could relate to.
