We’re a group of volunteers from Griffith and Leeton who want to help end period poverty in our local area.

We’re doing this by taking part in Share the Dignity events throughout the year.

March Dignity Drive starts today. Woolworths Donation boxes are set up with 1/2 price period products to kick off this months campaign. Pop a few extras in your trolley and drop them off in the boxes just next past self service check outs.

We’re calling on you to join our squad of amazing volunteers for our March Dignity Drive. A little bit of your time can make a massive difference in getting essential period products to the people who need them most 🩷

Here’s the deal: Our volunteers are the heart and soul of our Dignity Drives, without them, this doesn’t happen! As a volunteer you will pick up donations from collection points, count every precious item, and deliver them to local charities.

We need hands on deck in every corner of Australia! If you can lend a hand, we’d be over the moon 🌙

Our Club is supporting the 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 '𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗴' drive again this year, and we are all ready to go, with 38 bags packed with love and being donated this week.

We are so happy to be contributing to the amazing work being done by the 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 team all over the country, helping women and girls in need, lifting spirits, delivering dignity with care.

And with the help of the team at PATL, these offerings will remain in the local region.

Thank you to our members for supporting this project and donating items for sharing, and a couple of special big THANK YOU's go to Judee for making the beautiful fabric bags, and to Vicki for all your time and effort organising the contents, putting these lovely offerings together, arranging delivery and everything else that goes with it.

Final pickup for it’s in the bag was done Sunday ! Overwhelmed by your thoughtfulness kindness and generosity Griffith! So many bags today I needed some help from our local bunnings staff, Cameron & Brendon! We had 2 trolleys full!!!

We didn’t meet our local request of 115 adult bags ( we have 99) 45 teen bags (we have 14) and 40 mum n Bub bags ( we have 12) BUT it was our Best pick up this drive!!! AND to make it even better… almost All bags were filled correctly!!! That means we can distribute them 🥳🥳🥳

The In the Bag Bag 👛 appeal is still running and finishes this Sunday, 30th Nov!
Donations can be dropped off at Bunnings Warehouse.

Please remember:
✨ Bags must be in excellent used condition or new & tagged with relevant ribbon 🎀
✨ All listed essential items must be included for us to distribute them to those in need.
Unfortunately, if items are missing, we’re unable to count the bags 😢

A huge thank-you to the lovely humans who donated extra essential items and placed them in the collection box! These items helped complete several bags that were missing things — and they can now be counted &
re-homed to those who need them most. ❤️

🩷🩷What a great start Griffith! Went to collect donations from the Pink Box at Bunnings today and we are blown away at the generosity of our community 🩷🩷 let’s keep them coming!! We will continue collecting donations through to 1 December! Remember donations collected in Griffith will be donated back to Griffith women, teenagers and mums in need 🩷🩷

Our Pink Box is now set up at Griffith Bunnings, ready for your donations for our It is In The Bag campaign! Donate at Bunnings between 14-30 Nov to help a vulnerable woman or teen. Check out the photos to know what to include in the bags. Thanks again 🩷🩷

Wow! Our volunteers did a pick up last night and our collection box was choccers!! Please keep the donations coming… with carefree period period products half price, pick up a box of pads for only $2.50 and drop it into our collection box in Woolies
