✨Spotlight Wednesday✨: Michelle Cepeda

Today, we are proud to feature Michelle Cepeda, a first-year AmeriCorps Member serving as a Student Success Coach on the Young Woods Team. A native of Providence, Michelle is currently pursuing her graduate degree at Rhode Island College (RIC) while honing essential pratical skills during her City Year service year.

Her goal is to become a School Social Worker, and she is committed to developing her leadership skills through her experience with City Year. Michelle’s dedication to student success and her passion for making a difference in her community are truly inspiring.

Thank you, Michelle, for your hard work and commitment to our mission!
