✨ Our Journey at Plan Wise Living ✨

Plan Wise Living established from lived experience. In 2017, our founder, Giuliana, started navigating the NDIS for her daughter Gabriella, who lives with multiple disabilities and complex health needs. Through that journey, she saw firsthand how important collaboration, clear communication, and the right supports are in achieving meaningful outcomes.

What started as a personal mission grew into a disability support provider, where we proudly supported participants and families for five years (2017-2022). In 2022, we transitioned into a dedicated Support Coordination company so we could focus on helping participants navigate the NDIS with clarity and confidence.

For the past four years, we’ve been providing Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination, assisting participants with:
✅ Understanding NDIS plans and budgets
✅ Connecting with the right providers and services
✅ Building sustainable supports
✅ Ongoing guidance, advocacy and future planning

At Plan Wise Living, we understand the system — because we’ve lived it. Each of our support coordinators bring a wealth of both lived and professional experience within the disability sector, giving us a true understanding of the challenges and opportunities you face. This combination of personal insight and hands-on work fuels our passion for guiding participants through their NDIS journey, connecting them with the right supports, and advocating with empathy, knowledge, and genuine care.

Hi everyone,
Please help support our Director Giuliana Ferretti and the team at Genovation to raise awareness and funds for CASK disorder research.

Many of us at Plan Wise Living Community and Disability Services have been touched by young Angelina with her beautiful smile and fierce determination for life. But her beautiful smile hides her daily challenges set upon her by CASK - a rare genetic disorder.

Angelina's mum, Giovi, has created a research foundation Angelina Cask Neurological Research Foundation - ACNRF Australian - ACNRF Australia to help find a cure for CASK disorder.

This April, Giuliana and the team at Genovation will be joining Giovi, Angelina and their family on a 5km walk / roll to raise much needed funds for research.

To all our followers,

Thankyou for your support over the years, it means a lot to us.
If you're wondering where we've been and why we haven't posted for a little while, please come and follow us at our new page - Genovation - https://www.facebook.com/Genovation.org.au

We have been working hard and are now proudly a Not-For-Profit charity, enabling us to be able to better support and help the broader community. In order to achieve our not-for-profit registration, we needed to change our name.
We have continued on with our amazing Young Adult Enrichment Program and wow have they been to amazing places and had some fantastic adventures! 😍
Come and see what they and all of our participants have been achieving with our fantastic team of carers.

Plan Wise Living Community and Disability Services will be continuing in the NDIS space solely for Support Coordination. We will likely shut down this page soon as Plan Wise Living updates their website which is due to be released very soon.

We were proud to sponsor such a great event today at the in Penrith. Today we joined with Craig - founder and owner of as well as Sandy Golder and the crew with Julie and Brayden from and this years ambassadors to celebrate International Day for People with Disabilities.

This years theme for International Day for People with Disabilities is:
'Transformative solutions for inclusive development: the role of innovation in fuelling an accessible and equitable world'.

And today we were able to celebrate being out in the community as people with all different types of disabilities.

Craig and his Cafe have certainly achieved an accessible space for all of us. The cafe has an open plan which is fully wheelchair accessible and includes an accessible bathroom, the food is pretty delicious too with the menu having lot's of options to suit every palate!
The Kindship crew are helping parents and families everyday navigate the worlds of NDIS, disabilities, allied health, education and so much more.
And Julie and Brayden - ambassadors for this year are achieving amazing things with their accessible magazine and travel tips.

Our very own Young Adult Enrichment Program is all about being out and about in the community, connecting with locals, especially local businesses. We love to wheel around saying hi to people and generally have so much fun being ourselves while also learning about the world and environments in which we live. And what we love most, is showing people how they can help to make our worlds more accessible and we do this by connecting with local councils, with our very own Director Giuliana Ferretti being a member of Camden Councils' Accessible Committee.
