Trilogy Foundation

Trilogy Foundation Supporting vulnerable members of the Central Coast community.

Trilogy Disability Foundation was established to support informal carers, people living with a mental health condition, disabilities and other highly vulnerable members of the Central Coast, NSW community. In providing opportunities and confidence to members of the community through education, social experiences and residential support, we believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to reach their full potential and feel like a valued member of their community.

We're looking forward to when school goes back so we can recommence our Youth Program action up at Jordy's Place.

Each week, several groups of Central Coast school children join us and our police partners to experience support, mentorship, animal care and social inclusion that builds social skills and resilience and provides them opportunities for learning and growth. 🍀

🎉 We are so proud of you, Jay.

What started as a personal journey through recovery has become something truly remarkable — a voice that is moving rooms, inspiring young people, and reminding us all that our stories have power.

Jay has stepped into the world of motivational speaking, and he is already making a difference — sharing his experience in local schools and at events, showing up with honesty, heart, and hope.
This is what courage looks like. This is what transformation looks like.

Watch Jay's story in the video below, and if you haven't already, you can read his full journey here

We are so grateful to walk alongside people like Jay. 🧡

Know someone looking for a fresh start? 🌿

We're excited to announce that Trilogy Foundation, in partnership with ET Australia, has been approved to deliver a 2-week Pre-Employment Training Program — and we'd love you to share it with anyone who might benefit.

No experience necessary. Just a willingness to show up, learn, and make a real difference in people's lives.

Here's what's included:
→ Hands-on training Mon, Tue & Fri (9am–3pm, Gosford)
→ Real workplace experience Wed & Thu at Trilogy houses
→ 3 units toward a Cert III in Individual Support
→ 8–10 genuine permanent part-time roles available on completion
→ For those who don't land a Trilogy role, we'll pathway you into the broader industry

Male applicants are especially encouraged to apply — we have more vacant shifts requiring male support workers than we can currently fill.

📅 Mandatory Info Sessions (ET Australia, Gosford):
• Tuesday 31 March — 12pm to 1pm
• Thursday 9 April — 10am to 11am

Register via the QR code on our flyer, or reach out directly with any questions. Job Providers are also welcome to attend. 💙

Something special is happening on the Central Coast. 🌅

Half the tickets to our Life, Business & Football Networking Breakfast are already gone — and honestly, it makes complete sense. The people showing up to this room are the ones who know that how you build your business matters just as much as what you build.

On Thursday 21st May, we're bringing together Lawrie McKinna, Joel Griffiths, and Robbie Slater — three men who've played at the highest levels of sport and life — to talk about the real stuff. Purpose. Resilience. What it means to lead with intention and build something that lasts.

Over coffee and a continental breakfast curated by Chef Daniel Baker, you'll be sitting across from business owners who are asking the same questions you are.

How do I create a life and a business I'm genuinely proud of?

That conversation is worth getting out of bed at 7am for. ✨

📍 6 Baker St, Gosford
🗓 Thursday 21st May | 7:00am – 8:30am
🎟 $20 | Limited tickets remaining

A Strong Team = Strong Service Delivery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Last week marked the first of many team bonding days, facilitated by our Recreation and Wellbeing team, Russell and Lauren.

Because our support workers work across a number of units, our team is vast, and time together is valuable. We wanted to create opportunities for our team to come together when off-the-clock and build quality relationships -- through shared activities that promote leisure and health.

This time we enjoyed a bushwalk, challenges on the beach and some games over coffee. It was an energising way to start the day with a number of support workers headed off to their scheduled shift straight afterwards.

Big news for the Central Coast disability community! 🌟

We're so excited to share that the Physical Disability Council of NSW (PDCN) is coming to the Central Coast this March — and we couldn't be more supportive of their mission.

PDCN is committed to travelling across NSW to better understand, represent, and advocate for people living with physical disability — because they know that life in regional and outer metro areas comes with its own distinct opportunities and challenges. And we love that they're bringing that commitment right here to us.

Joining forces with Action for People with Disability (ACTION) and Disability Advocacy NSW, PDCN will be running three days of free events for people with disability, their parents, informal carers, and service providers — including empowering workshops, networking sessions, and consultation conversations that feed directly into systemic advocacy work with government.

This is your chance to have your voice heard at a local, state, and federal level. 💙

Join us on the Central Coast in March for our free workshops and info sessions, to network and lunch with the disability community, have your voice heard in our community advocacy conversations.

Meet Hannah*, our first Young Change Makers Scholarship recipient 🌟

At 18, Hannah is graduating from our Launch into Work program this Friday—but her journey to this moment started in the most unexpected way.

When Trilogy participants Jay and Maxine visited her high school to share their stories, Hannah felt something shift. A later visit to Jordy's Place sealed it: she'd found her calling.

Having grown up in out-of-home care herself—leaving home at 12, spending time on the streets at 14—Hannah knows firsthand the challenges young people face. Now, she's turning that lived experience into purpose as she begins her career as a Disability Support Worker in the out-of-home care space.

"The scholarship means everything," Hannah says. "It's an opportunity to earn a wage and make an impact. I quit my jobs to take this on, and I've never looked back."

Hannah's story is exactly why we created the Young Change Makers Scholarship—to empower young people who face disadvantage to use their unique experiences as a force for good.

We can't wait to see the difference Hannah makes. ✨
