Well done to both Rebecca Gardiner, from Gormandale Football Netball Club, and Emily Holme, from Traralgon Tyers United FNC , for taking out top spot (joint) in the D Grade Leading Goal Scorer for the 2026 NGFNL Season - amazing effort ladies! 💕

Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be for our D Grade girls, going down to Woodside 34–36 in a heartbreaking 1st Semi Final.

After a huge season and plenty of hard work, today’s result brings both the D Grade’s season and Gormandale’s 2026 season to an end.

While it’s not the ending we were hoping for, we couldn’t be prouder of this group and everything they’ve achieved throughout the season to get this far. They fought right until the final siren and gave it absolutely everything.

A massive thank you to everyone who supported our A & D grade throughout the finals series. To our players, coaches, volunteers, committee, sponsors, families and every single supporter who turned up, cheered from the sidelines and backed the Tigers.
