What a way to finish off an amazing year for Gordonvale Pony Club!
Our Zone 18 Formal Gymkhana and Sporting Championships weekend marks the end of another fantastic year of riding, learning, friendships and wonderful memories. Now we hang up our boots until 2027, when we get to do it all again! 🐎
A massive THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this weekend possible. From setting up, packing up, paperwork and all the behind-the-scenes organising, to working in the canteen and beautifully dressing the tables for our Zone Presentation Dinner. There is so much work that goes into these events, and every helping hand makes a difference.
One of the absolute highlights of the weekend was seeing kids from all the different clubs come together. Not only did they compete alongside each other, but they also had the opportunity to get out of their uniforms, relax, socialise and just be kids! ❤️
Watching these friendships grow across our Zone is something really special. At the end of the day, pony club is about so much more than ribbons and trophies. It’s about friendships, teamwork, sportsmanship and making memories that will last a lifetime.
To our wonderful Gordonvale Pony Club members, thank you for your ongoing support, dedication and willingness to lend a hand throughout 2026. And to the many volunteers who generously give their time, even though they aren’t club members, please know how much you are appreciated. We simply couldn’t do what we do without you! ❤️

You make our club proud, not just through your achievements in the ring, but through the way you present yourselves, your manners, your respect for others and the way you represent Gordonvale Pony Club.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing you all smiling, laughing, encouraging one another and barracking for your mates. Whether you’re winning a ribbon or cheering from the sidelines, that’s what makes our club so special.

It’s been a huge year, filled with hard work, great events, plenty of laughs and some wonderful achievements. Thank you to everyone who has been part of it.
