The Vietnam Nurses Memorial Room and Gardens - the only memorial in Australia dedicated solely to the Australian women who nursed in Vietnam - are fundraising through their raffle to build five life-sized bronze sculptures at the Morven Historical Museum in Outback Queensland.

These sculptures will honour the RAAF, Army and Civilian Surgical Team nurses who served between 1964–1972. They deserve to be remembered.

Macintyre Health is collecting real-life experiences from rural, remote and regional communities through a short survey. It’s a chance to share what accessing care is actually like where you live: what’s hard, what helps, and what makes a difference.

These stories will be shared with the Senate as part of the Medicare Inquiry, so decision-makers can hear directly from the people living it. All submissions will be de-identified and your privacy upheld.
