Luisa will represent the Goondiwindi District at Regionals in Stanthorpe. YoTY is an extraordinary initiative for young community members to engage in public speaking and share youthful insights.

What a night! The Goondiwindi Lions Club would like to send a huge thank you to our amazing community for supporting the 60th year of the Christmas Eve Fireworks — that’s six decades of bangs, booms and big smiles 😄

From our sponsors, volunteers, helpers, stallholders and emergency services, to everyone who came along with picnic rugs, kids, grandparents and a healthy appreciation for a good fireworks finale — we couldn’t have done it without you.

Sixty years on, it’s still one of Goondiwindi’s favourite Christmas traditions, and that’s entirely thanks to the support of this wonderful town. You’ve once again shown why community spirit is alive and well (and loud!) in Goondiwindi 🎇

Thanks again for making it a night to remember. We’ll see you next Christmas Eve — same sky, same sparkle!

Merry Christmas from the Lions Club Goondiwindi!

Christmas Eve fireworks are being set up, Santa is ready to make his last appearance before he sleighs off making his deliveries to all the good boys and girls!

We have Lions Sausage Sandwiches and the Bar is open, Batesy’s BBQ truck, JB’s Waffles and Dreamtime Nursery Icecreams and the Ok Milkbar Coffee Van with hot chips and cold drinks.
