Celebrating Rural Women Everywhere! 🥰

International Rural Womens day | 15th October

Today we celebrate International Day of Rural Women and the remarkable women who help keep our rural communities, homes and families thriving.

At Goondiwindi Property Rentals, we’re fortunate to work with women from all walks of rural life from property owners, tenants, business owners, farmers and community members and we see the contribution they make every day.

To the women who juggle work, family, property, community and everything in between, we see you, we appreciate you, and today we celebrate you.

Happy International Day of Rural Women from Goondiwindi Property Rentals.

🎉𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🎉

Mark your calendars: 𝟳– 𝟴 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟰 –𝟭𝟱 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 are your dates to get involved.

Never heard of it? 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙡 is Australia's biggest garage sale movement - a weekend (well, two!) where households, schools, charities and community groups clear out their clutter and turn it into cash, all while keeping perfectly good stuff out of landfill.

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙤𝙛 𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤:
🧹 Declutter the garage, shed or spare room
💰 Make some extra cash from things you no longer need
🌏 Give pre-loved items a second life instead of sending them to the tip
🤝 Meet your neighbours and be part of a nationwide event

Whether you're clearing out vinyl records, kitchenware, jackets, handbags or that lava lamp you forgot you had - someone out there is looking for exactly that!

Congratulations Luisa Bauer on receiving the Public Speaking Award and Club Final Award at the Lions Youth of The Year program. Luisa will represent the Goondiwindi District at Regionals in Stanthorpe. YoTY is an extraordinary initiative for young community members to engage in public speaking and share youthful insights.
