In collaboration with Queanbeyan Multicultural Centre we are excited to announce a new date for this year’s Queanbeyan Multicultural Festival, which was postponed in March due to poor weather. The festival will now be held on Saturday, 20 June 2026, coinciding with World Refugee Day and the end of Refugee Week.

This vibrant celebration of diversity and cultural heritage is a cornerstone of our multicultural community, and we look forward to bringing everyone together for a day filled with music, food, performances, and connection in Queanbeyan’s award-winning park.

Stallholders and performers will receive further details and guidance shortly after the Easter break.

Let’s make this year’s festival a truly unforgettable occasion – we can’t wait to celebrate and look forward to seeing you on Saturday, 20 June!

Following days of heavy rain and with significant winds predicted for later today, Queanbeyan Town Park is not a safe venue to bump in and host the Multicultural Festival tomorrow. Unfortunately, we have had to make the decision to cancel the event tomorrow.

We are considering an alternative weekend to reschedule the event. As soon as a new date is confirmed, we will let everyone know.
